::I have given the bicycle for a free service, where they have damaged a frame of my bicycle, by using pliers to get a gear cable through instead of unscrewing it. After it turned out that this cannot be fixed (because the frame was bent), they decided to tell me that I've given them a broken bicycle. ATTENTION AVOID!!!

::I have gone here to address a flat tire twice now; the price is fair, the service is speedy and the workers are friendly.

::I really hate giving these people my money but sometimes I need a quick part and they happen to be conveniently located. The floor staff seem bored and indifferent and in my 5 or 6 visits I've never once been offered help while browsing. Even when asking advice it's like you're inconveniencing them, and there's never any upselling or 'going the extra mile'. There's a real 'here because we have to be, honestly don't care if you buy from us or not' attitude. I've had my bike serviced and the price is reasonable so that's a saving grace and the reason for the 2 stars rather than 1, but I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they left the bolts on my rear brake pads loose and I ended up losing them on my cycle home, ridiculous.

::Nice shop. I've been here many times, always had a good experience. Lots of my friends have bought bikes or kit here, it's a large shop in a handy location. Nice coffee too.

::Fair prices and great customer service. I'm a beginner cyclist so the advice was really appreciated and they spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with my choices. Would totally recommend and the only bike shop I go to now in Dublin.
