::Small shopping centre but has everything you might need for a daily shop and some extras like a hairdressers, shoe shop or even kavanaghs- something for the house :-)

::Very disapointed in staff, find them quite rude and unhelpful. Few weeks ago doing my grocery shopping saw a distessed man/father darting around isles calling for his child. Asked if he needed help as he passed me, man had broken English but described his son height hair colour etc to me and told me his son had special needs. I abondoned my trolley to assist the man in looking, I passed few staff talking on isle (father had passed them few times at this stage) I asked them to inform security and to help look for the child gave description, I passed them again in same spot and asked them again to help told them the child had special needs, one staff actually shrugged their shoulders at me. I was shocked and appalled at their lack of care or interest, I was on my way to inform security guard myself when I saw father again, he had found his son and thanked me.(staff where still in same spot) I have seen other stores jump to action in this situation, inform security and help look, even just to put additional staff on the door incase child tried escape the building, but the staff just couldnt be bothered to even walk down and give desription of child to their security. Its not a store I will be returning to with my children in near future as they have no reguard for children or their safety.

::Very disappointing shop, not a patch on Dunnes in Cornelscourt. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, both at the checkout and in general in shop. The icing on the cake was today when my friend was in there with her autistic child who was overwhelmed and went into meltdown (Very common characteristic for autistic children- the noise and busyness of a large store can be overwhelming). The staff were rude, glaring and unhelpful, everything you don't want in your supermarket. In an age where all the big stores are having an autism friendly hour a week (Supervalu and Lidl), it's shocking to see this level of ignorance. Some staff training and awareness is required as an absolute minimum
