::Big store and big parking. It's in a small business park off the street. Furniture and electronics both. Also, good discounts.

::I hate to give it such a low rating beacuse the majority of staff were polite and attentive. If you want any support in the computer/tablet section or even the tv's you may be ignored. Maybe just the day I went in and I was only looking for a tablet but without any help I left. Still like the concept though.

::Went to get a washing machine. You'd expect a flagship store to stock most of their appliances from website. Apparently not. None of the washing machines I wanted were there (all the cheaper ones). Decided to go for the next cheapest one that was in stock. Turns out that in stock means you can drive over in rush hour traffic to our flagship warehouse and collect it. Seeming as it was closing in 20 minutes (even though their 'showroom' store stays open til 7.30) I decided to give it a miss and took my business to power city. Walked in, picked a machine, paid and left with machine in car.

::Amazing shop. This place is Absolutely huge. The staff were really helpful too even on a busy day. Everything is laid out and displayed very. Labels are big enough to see what area you want to go
