  Very disappointed...online customer service is none! Bought online some flavour, ordered Sunday, confirmation of payment on Monday with confirmation email of status been shipped. Haven't receive my stuff, it's Thursday, that wouldn't be a problem, things happen,but couldn't contact them! Two emails:no answer... phone call:no answer...a voice mail box... with promise that they will be back soon... nothing of course... At least you should answer to a query guys! Nobody read emails there? Or picks the phone up? I mention that same day I made three orders on three different Irish e-cig selling sites and all other items received on Tuesday...also, is years now since buying things online in Ireland but never had same experience before... Best of luck.
