  I went to East Coast Physio with back pain. Catherine and the team got me sorted quickly and have helped me stay pain free since. I got great advice - even down to a new supportive car seat. The Pilates classes have helped a lot too. I’d highly recommend.

  I highly recommend East Coast Physio based in Ashford, County Wicklow, they are highly professional physiotherapists, very knowledgeable and listen carefully to their clients. Big thanks in particular to Catherine and Fiona for all their advice and help and treatment over the years. I’m running stronger than ever and I owe a lot of that to their great care and advice.

  I entirely recommend East Coast Physio. Catherine and her team provide top quality care to their clients. When I developed back pain for for the first time in my life in April 2016 Catherine and Fiona were wonderful. They really went out of their way to explain everything and put my mind at ease. The treatment was excellent and the exercises I was given to do at home were made very easy with the use of the demonstration videos Catherine provided. Now I am stronger than ever and running better than I ever have following the rehabilitation programme East Coast prescribed. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Catherine and Fiona.

  I used East Coast Physio services while I was training for my Ironman and thanks to Catherine I was able to understand my physical weaknesses that were causing me injuries not allowing me to train properly. Having an exercise plan to work on my weaknesses allowed me to get stronger and to finish my 1st Ironman
