As a result of a back injury which I sustained in January 2013, I was advised by my GP to try Pilates to aid my recovery and maintain flexibility. I joined Remedys in March 2013 doing 1 mat class a week which proved to be very beneficial to my recovery, I have now progressed on to doing a reformer class weekly. My experience with Rachel and her staff from day one has been second to none the professionalism and attention to detail that was tailored precisely for my recovery and maintenance needs. I would highly recommend Remedy Pilates.

I have been attending weekly reformer Pilates classes in remedy for the past 3 months and I find it really amazing. The teachers are very experienced and provide individual attention throughout the class. It has worked wonders on my lower back pain. I would highly recommend it.

I will never be going back to Remedy for physiotherapy. I have been going on and off over a few years. Previously each session has lasted 45-55 minutes which includes discussion of the problem, assessment, massage and then going through recommended exercises. Yesterday I was surprised and appalled to be charged €55 for 30 minutes. I have never had this happen before at Remedy or with any other physiotherapy session. If I had of known beforehand how short my session was going to be, I wouldn't have agreed to it. Until today, I was unaware of the possibility of a session under 45 minutes. I don't understand how 30 minutes was deemed an appropriate treatment time when I came in with both knee and back pain. Perhaps my appointment was cut short to accommodate more appointments in the same evening. Whatever the reasoning behind it is, Remedy have lost my custom. *EDIT* My appointment was on Monday evening. It's Thursday morning and I still have not received an email with my list of physiotherapy exercises.
