::STAY AWAY!!!! 1 star is too much for these incompetent morons. I rang them on Tuesday and booked a van for 9.00 am Saturday. I have told them that I do not have an irish license and i do not have a credit card. I was told that is not a problem if I bring in a proof of income (payslip) on Saturday. I have received an email CONFIRMATION of my booking. So I got there on Saturday at 9.20 to give them some time to finish their morning coffee (the branch opens at 9.00). On my arrival I was told the van will be late and it will be in at around 11.00. I was a bit disappointed but what can you do, these things happen. Later on I was told that the van is stuck in Kerry and it wont be back at all and that there are no replacement vans in the same size available. And that was it, nothing else was said. Basically I was told to get lost, and not even in a nice way... Well done Enterprise, very professional!

::I am back in the states now, but I wanted to give this office a shout-out for amazing service. They brought my minivan into Dublin for me (Rathmines), because I was on a tight schedule and traveling with a large family. Couldn't have been nicer. The car was exactly what I booked (automatic minivan), and we had a great time driving around Ireland for the next 10 days. No problems with drop off at Shannon. All around a stellar experience. Many thanks!
