::Alamo/Enterprise honored totally my reservation, no surprises or hassles about extra insurance (my credit card company provides CDW and I was prepared to show my card policy but it was not necessary. Check out and in were very easy and i got a great car at a great price and no hassle when I returned the car easy. They even gave me a nice discount because I had trouble finding the place because of a problem with Google maps. Highly recommended!

::Avoid this company . I booked a car for Zurich last week. When I arrived they demanded a €3,000 deposit. This was not highlighted on their website or booking form . I had no choice but to proceed. I still have not had a receipt nor confirmation that my deposit was refunded . They are extremely rude as well
