::Do not rent with Enterprise. The car they gave us was not fit for driving. Shortly after renting it we noticed that the car was juddering and not driving smoothly. The wheel on the car was completely worn out and could have blown at any time. We got it changed and when we returned to the car hire we showed them the old wheel and they apologised and agreed it was not fit for driving. They promised us a reimbursement for the €100. Needless to say, this happened back in September 2017 and we are now six months from then with no refund! Just loads of useless emails with customer service pretending to chase up our money. I will not be renting with Enterprise again and I would advise you not to bother! There are plenty of other car hire companies at the airport that offer a much better service. I have just scrolled through the ratings and seen so many other similar experiences where Enterprise take peoples money and don’t give it back. I really would not rent with this company. Wish I had read these reviews before!

::Attention Arnaque, nous avons loué un véhicule via internet lors de notre séjour en Irlande. Au bout d'un mois de vacances, nous avons eu la surprise d'un débit carte pour plus de 500 euros d'assistance, location siège enfant ( nous étions en couple ) etc. Tout cela; lorsqu'ils nous ont proposé de ne pas faire le plein de carburant au retour. On a signé pour se faire délester de 500 euros. Bref, un scandale !!!

::The rental car experience was pretty good, the service was fast at both getting the car and returning the car. We had gotten a GPS on our previous trip, which was helpful, not perfect, but we had to go back to get it when we realized they forgot to enable it. The location was pretty easy to find and shuttle is quick and nice. The service staff has been top notch in multiple trips.

::Efficient friendly service at both the airport service desk and the car rental village. The shuttle bus was prompt and the driver was helpful with the luggage, which was appreciated with two small children. The vehicle offered more than met expectations. On returning the vehicle I had a similarly agreeable experience.

::The service was just outstanding from each person. All staff were enthusiastic from the collection to return. The transport to and from the airport was just as friendly. I have not used Enterprise before but will do in the future. Well done Enterprise. The car was spotless and was brand new. Was given number for road side assistant if required so felt confident to drive through Ireland. If you have not been to Ireland you must go.
