  Best car hire I have experienced in the 10+Years coming to Ireland. Price was good but the service out of Dublin airport was excellent from Orla & Josh. Did what they said which is all we can ask?

  Paul was absolutely the best. We were at Dublin Airport and got absolutely hustled by another rental agency, at which point we cancelled our reservation and walked over to the Budget desk. Paul asked how we were and immediately said that we’d be smiling once we were done with our transaction with them, and indeed we were. He helped us loads and made our morning turn around so quickly. The car we rented was great, and Budget was super flexible due to the storm, allowing us to drop off the car at a car park in Galway so we could take the bus back to Dublin as all the roads were still fairly bad for us to be driving ourselves. Thanks so much!!

  Having had to return to Dublin for my sons funeral, I cannot say enough about the understanding and helpfulness of the staff at the desk in Dublin airport (especially Paul). They went above and beyond to help us and make the process easier to cope with. I'll never rent a car from another company again, Budget for me all the way. Thank you guys for your kind service and customer service beyond the norms.

  I fly to Dublin on a regular basis (at least 3 times a year) for business and to see family. I have always rented a car from Budget Car at the Dublin Airport. Paul, has been great to deal with. Awesome person. All of the workers behind the counter and in the return lot have been great. I find all to be totally professional and very polite to customers. The cars I have rented have been clean in and out. Thank you

  Absolutely great and friendly service!! We were in a hurry to get out sightseeing because we were only in town for 24 hours. Our car was ready to go when we arrived. There was no confusion on where to pick up or return the car and the tolls and everything were explained in advance to avoid surprises upon our return home. Returning the car was quick and easy as the instructions were explained well in advanced. Customer service was fantastic!!! Felt very welcomed when we arrived. Will definitely use again in the future.
