  I talked with a person who told me that If I pay a full covert, I could pay with a debit card. But then, I talked to other memmer to be sure, he said to me that is unpossible to pay with a debit card. If I had made the reservation, I would have lost a lot of money . So be careful with the information that they give to you, they want take your money !!!

  Be careful, the fine print is everywhere with this place. I thought I was getting a good deal on a rental car. Low and behold there was unexpected fees. Insurance is not included and will more than double your expected cost. They wanted to hold and change my credit card 250 euros before leaving the lot. Non-refundable too. Don't bother.

  Nul, nul et reNUL. Si je pouvais les noter à 0/5 je le ferai. A éviter autant que possible pour un français. Il s'agit en réalité d'une filiale d'Europcar. J'ai commandé un véhicule de location sur leur site en versant un acompte. Je suis arrivé le jeudi soir à 22h30, pour apprendre que ma carte Visa n'apportaient pas les garanties nécessaires, car il s'agit d'une carte à débit et non à crédit. Je suis parti à 1h du matin de l'agence, pour revenir le lendemain. Vendredi, j'ai dû payer 400€ de plus sur une location initiale de 300€, pour faire baisser le montant de la franchise de 1300 à 0€. Samedi j'ai dû rendre la voiture que j'ai prise initialement en raison d'un problème moteur. Conclusion 2 jours perdus sur un séjour de 2 semaines ! Ils sont d'une mauvaise foi incroyable, ils ont des techniques commerciales malhonnêtes et leurs voitures sont anciennes et mal entretenues

  Ridiculous branding, this is just a front for Europcar. You are better off just hiring direct and being done with the fallacy. Also when hiring bewarned of hidden charges, there are several. Hire direct and keep an extra £100 in your pocket.
