::I had a great experience using Sixt at Dublin airport. First, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. The car they gave me was a brand new one and drove great during our trip. The checkout was fast and easy, and I was off to the airport in no time. I would definitely use Sixt at Dublin again!

::Ist nicht einmal diesen einen Stern wert. Absolut unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal. Haben online ein Auto gebucht für Dublin Flughafen. Dieses auch schon bezahlt es sollte ein VW Golf sein. Dort angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Golf trotz Reservierung nicht verfügbar sei. Es gab weder eine Erklärung noch eine Entschuldigung. Stattdessen wollte man uns ein Auto BMW 1 um ein Vielfaches teurer andrehen. Als wir nach langem verhandeln zustimmten hieß es plötzlich wir müssen eine Kaution von 1500€ sofort hinterlegen. Darauf wurde bei der Reservierung nicht hingewiesen. Das Personal kam einem sprachlich 0 entgegen sie redeten im Slang und schnell was für uns sehr schwer war zu verstehen... Nie wieder

::Do a lot of travel both to and from Dublin and every time go with Sixt. Always reliable and pleasant service. Great selection and affordable price. Never any hassle and staff at desk very helpful. Highly recommend Sixt at Dublin Airport!

::Similar negative experience to others. I arrived off a flight from Canada at 6am and could not book car without paying for very expensive insurance. I have credit card coverage and grand touring coverage with my own car insurance but neither would satisfy them. I had to call long distance to Canada and have them email it to a personal hotmail account before I could rent. The process took the better part of an hour after a 8 hour flight and customs. Never again. Next time went to enterprise and was a monumentally more positive experience.
