  They are essentially a scam insurance company that rents cars. Arrived with paperwork required by this company(no easy feat in itself) stating that my credit card covered my insurance fully negating their surprise €58 per day insurance only to be told that I needed a €5000 deposit on top of it! My card that I used limit was not that high so I offered to pay deposit with another card and was refused. Absolute scam

  Really bad service. First they told us we should have a credit card, then it was not mandatory and we just needed address proof. The car was not ok and made a weird noise all the trip.

  The car you rent isn't the car you get . be careful they over charged me told me one price then when I went to leave it was 300.00 more. just make sure you read all fine print and always ask questions.i personally will never use this place again . You here to shuttle over and back it's very difficult to find make sure you explain your self good as to what you want

  Very disappointed with this company. I had paid for extra insurance online to reduce my excess to zero. As I always like to have piece of mind when hiring cars. On arrival I was told that they couldn't reduce the excess to zero because I was paying the balance with a debit card not a credit card!! What has that to do with the excess. I have paid the extra insurance so it is irrelevant what card I paid with. They stated they could only reduce the excess to £250 even though I had paid all the insurance money to reduce it to zero!! |Needless to say I refused and only when I said cancel the whole thing I was going next door to another hire car company did they do as I had paid for and reduce it to zero. Unbelievable. Steer well clear they are thieves all the way. The car itself was old, so much damage on it it looked awful, Why do I want to pay for a car that looks like this. They had clearly taken the damage money of previous drivers but not used that money to fix the car. The car was filthy and rattled badly whenever it went over 100km/h. The tire sensor alarms kept going off and by the time I had figured all this out was the wrong side of the M50 toll to want to pay again and spend another hour on top of the our collecting it had already taken to get another car. Awful awful, non customer focused company after the quick buck with shoddy product steer clear to many other better hire car companies that treat their customers better.

  Be careful to surprise, nobody is going to tell you but here insurance is a extra mandatory expense, means whatever you are paying is going to cost a daily 50+ € on top of the car rental service
