  The lads in kilkenny are first class. A great service, probably the best couriers in the country. We send and receive 20/30 packages per week and there is never a problem!

  Hi, didn't get any call to say you were on route and I was 10 mins away when you called to the door. When I rang they said it would be tomorrow as I cannot pick it up from the depot. Requested a call back to confirm if there was a chance to receive this today. Didn't receive a call back. Yesterday I had to call you guys as the item was stuck in customs ( which I paid for ) but you didn't call me to speed up the process as it could have arrived yesterday if you'd done that. So now it won't arrive today either. Just pick up the phone and this becomes very very easy folks

  I tracked my parcle, it said my parcle arrived Kilkenny on 21th September, but I still don't receive it today, I am very angry about this, I need my parcle very hurry
