::I have been three times here and since the second time I started to feel the change. The training plan is amazing and the staff and the energy of the people attending gives you a lot of motivation. The coaching from the training is very accurate and fit to each particular person demand. I am more than satisfied.

::Great gym usually loads of space to workout and get the job done. Really happy going here. Avoid 5-7pm on weeks as that when I find it very busy.

::I recently signed my partner up in this gym. Upon signing up i was told there was a 34eu sign up fee plus the month subscription of 34eu which is nowhere to be seen on your advertisements or even on the online form which didnt work. When he went the first time he noted you had to pay FIVE euro for a lock to secure your belongings for the duration of the gym workout. Which again was never communicated to him or me! He received two day passes so i went along to see what type of place this is and what 34eu can get you. The spin bike i used was rusted and the pedal was broken! The rowing machine had no resistance whatsoever. I then used the treadmill and noticed there is a large amount of condensation on the windows and no air filtration system. This is a joke to be honest, and the fake reviews online just add to that. I've paid 68eu plus 5eu for a lock for a sham of a gym. Im looking for a refund as soon as , so i can go elsewhere to train.

::I've been using this gym for the past four months. Here's my feelings about it: Good points: • The gym is fairly big and there's lots of different equipment. • The shower water is hot. • As the name of the gym suggests, the prices are low. • Adrian, a trainer, has helped me a few of times. He’s notices when I’m doing an exercise wrong and he jumps in to correct me. I appreciate it. Bad points: • Most of the gym's Google reviews are fake. The gym has 96 reviews, most of them five-star, even though the gym only been open for a few months. That's just not possible unless the reviews are fake. Another sign of shilling is that most of the reviewers have only written one review. Plus a lot of the reviews give suspiciously over-the-top praise: "Awesome experience", "I love fit4less Cork" and "I can't rate Fit4less Cork highly enough". I'm really annoyed that the gym is using fake reviews. It undermines the usefulness of online review systems. • Furthermore, one of the trainers, Rob, approached me and told me the gym was giving customers water bottles in exchange for five-star reviews. • The same trainer, Rob, spends most of his time chatting and flirting with the women at the gym. Time and time again I've seen him chatting with the young, attractive women and giving them free training tips. It makes me cringe. • The changing rooms are small. • The gym gets too busy at times. • The music is sometimes too loud. I once measured it as 82 decibels, which is close to the level that can cause hearing damage.
