  This studio was recommended by my physio. A really instinctive teacher who will change your views on yoga. The studio is small and has a great community...what I thought a yoga studio should be like. They only teach courses, which was a bit off putting at first but I really felt the benefits in the end. Well worth visiting.

  I found this style of boot camp yoga to be the antithesis of real yoga. The teacher was very hands on, and insistent that fees be paid up front. Clever really, as both my friend and I were unable to complete the series of classes due to injury. I would not recommend this class.
