::Friendly service and the guys seem to know what they doing but they were able to solve the issue on my bike and had to take it back to them 3 times post the service and then replacing numerous parts on they bike...result: had to ride and entire ironman on the ring of the bike! Considering i paid them about €400 for everything including new tyres and rear cassette I get the feeling the bike would've been the same before spending all that money.

::After having visited quite a few of Cycle Stores in and around Dublin, I decided to go ahead and place an order with FitzCycles in Stillorgan. And can I say how glad I am that I chose them. 100% professional service and extremely patient, can say this for a fact because I was quite inquisitive before ordering the bike itself. They guide you really well and most importantly with a smile on the face which is just a very grand customer / satisfying experience. Having bought the Orbea Alma H30 from they covers all initial amends, like chopping the seat post, adjusting the forks, switching the front/back break levers free of cost, which in one of the stores I was told it would cost me 12-15 quids (just for seat post adjustment), a rip-off if you ask me. My first service on this bike was also free of cost which was a pleasant surprise for me. They also have a huge selection of products right from bike computers, lights, pumps, tires, tubes, lubricants and the list goes on... Would suggest you to visit their store before you decide to opt someone else over them. If I were to make one suggestion, I would say that their website can be a bit more user friendly and list all of the contents they have in store. Other than that, I am one very happy and satisfied customer and enjoyed every bit of conversation with everyone in their store. Special thanks to Oughan who has been my go to guy and always happy to help with suggestions and advise. Highly recommended!!

::Great Shop, great service. I've brought 2 bikes here now and an amount of accessories and clothing. The guys are very attentive and the service is top notch. I always book in a service in advance as I know workshops can be busy, and they take good care of the bike here. I like what they've done with the old building also, very cool. 10/10 would recommend.
