  Fine for casual wear such as school and work but bad for sports got feet where never really right.So for casual wear go here but for sports go to elverys

  Last year I was experiencing pain in my right knee. I work in construction so I'm on my feet constantly, up and down ladders and walking on rough, uneven surfaces. My knee was so bad I was out of work for three months. A friend suggested I try Foot Solutions. I booked an appointment to have a foot assessment. I have to say that the staff were very helpful. Caroline, the girl who I had the consultation with, explained that my feet were not being supported fully and as a result my right arch was falling inwards. This was putting extra pressure on my already sore knee. She recommended customised arch supports. I went with her advice and ordered my supports. Within three weeks I was able to collect them and have them fitted to my work boots. They felt strange at first and I had to break them in gradually. The more I wore them I found that the pressure on my knee was getting less and less. Now I don't go to work without my arch supports. I still get the odd twinge every now and then but its nothing like the discomfort I had before. I would definitely recommend anyone with foot pain to visit Foot Solutions. The assessment is free and the girls are very knowledgeable and helpful.
