  Very informed friendly staff. Super service from the guys in the workshop. Definitely recommend this place if after a new bike!

  Left bike in for a service. Came back & bike was not touched for the whole weekend. Short story bike was taken in left in the back of the shop & was never looked at as the service department were never told it was in for a service. I raced back up from the countryside to collect before the store closed on a Sunday night still . (Was over one year ago) I gave one star. But in fairness they called me today after they seen my review. Which was really good to hear what i had to say & the lad from South Africa sorry cant remember your name :-(. 4 stars.

  Went to a maintenance workshop a few weeks ago run by James. Was really great and would highly recommend. Four of us attended and James covered just the right stuff for our group - changing a tyre, maintaining your chain/gears etc. - basic stuff you need to know. James is a great teacher and really knows his stuff. The class was good fun and at just under 2 hours was the perfect length too.

  Headed in to get accessories on bike chap told me mudguards to fit my bike(hybrid) would have to be cut to size (could be right)but asked in other shops and they never heard of this before bit pricey aswell for service again other shops I contacted are free so not that impressed by this giant!

  My husband and I recently bought a bike from Mickey. I must say that the experience from start to finish was excellent. Mickey was very professional and informative and helped my husband to choose the right bike for him. He also told us all the extra things that we needed and made sure that we had everything that we needed to start cycling. My husband loves the bike and is enjoying cycling now. So we just wanted to thank Mickey for an excellent service. We will be back to Mickey in the New Year to get a bike for me. Cheers. Janice and Kenneth Tuite
