  Bought a segway here at Xmas for my son which I paid 450 euro for and was told had one years warranty and I asked the question when I collect it had it a warranty and I was assured it was,until it broke and I brought it back to them and there was no way they would stand over there warranty they the mother board is gone and not covered and looked for 160 euro of me to fix it,they were happy enough to tell me it had a full warranty when I was handing over 450 euro (cash) i would advise everyone not to buy anything from them they are just a bunch of gangster,image I had of both an electric scooter for an elderly person and something went wrong with it I'd say they would charge a fortune to fix it and not stand by there warranty, you would be much better of going to a shop where you can trust the people who are selling you genuine goods and not Chinese knockoffs,
