::I received great service today. Staff were very nice to my son and helpful to me.

::Bad experience redeeming a triathlon Ireland voucher. Wouldn't shop here again, other smaller bike shops are cheaper and have better customer service.

::Have a rare bike with campagnolo eps that needed updating, they change the battery and interface. Instead of weaving the cables through the bike frame and plugging into the gears etc. they cut the cables and joined with sticky tape, one off bar tape was missing, when asked where it was, they claim it was not on it. Itβs like dealing with the muppet show, I was assured it was in good hands.

::Could give it 5 for building/etc and 1 for workshop/SOME staff members Great setup with a test area to try out bikes. Coffee shop a bonus. Aftercare lets the place down, constantly having to go back with issues and then staff have an attitude. Need to be more friendly and open to beginners.Too casual with repair time/having it ready to collect.

::Took my bike in 3 times for the same issue which they werent able to solve despite charging me for the service of the bike. They knew what the issue was when I booked the bike in. Good selection of products in the store it must be said. Also took my bike in for a trade in but they were a good β¬850 off the price I got elsewhere. So basically tried to rip me off so doubt I'll be making an effort to get out there again.
