  Dealt with GWD over the last few week with a property rental. They ticked all the boxes i asked, they knew their stuff and Brian Caulfield was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to a friend.

  I called looking for offers on a house. The guy was not particularly helpful and hung up on me before I finished talking. Incredibly rude

  Can't say I was impressed with the handling of my enquiry. A man answered the phone with the greeting "GWD", proceeded to cut across me when asking for information on a property calling out a mobile number for which I said "Oh, sorry can you not provide me with details of the property?" Apparently a chap called Brian handles all the details of properties. When I called he answered the phone with "Hello" - no introduction. He wasn't very helpful either, not wanting to hear what I was asking as the property was sale agreed and not disclosing what the property sold for. FYI Brian, there is a price property register that we can all see the sold price on. He couldn't get me off the phone quickly enough. Put me off buying from GWD.
