  I rang them for the matter of apt. I asked receptionist for new replacement thing of the apt. They are only the person im dealing with coz I never met the landlord. First week, no responses, second was I ring them last week about it. She said she will sort it out for me and hung out the phone before I can say anything. I found her so rude. As a receptionist, she must knowledge of what she doing. Being a well manner, helpful to client. For the last 2 years, I consider I am good tenant and alway paying rent in right time. I still can't get it out of my head. I had do nothing expect of asking politely. It's still upsetting me when I think of it. Well if i dont get replacement of my bed then I won't pay rent. I couldn't sleep through for the last 2 weeks. Omg i want an easy sleep.
