::Gym Plus Ballsbridge has something for everyone--even an older person such as myself. I enjoy the weight lifting class and the yoga class. This gym accommodates persons of all ages.

::Good gym with friendly staff. Always a smile when you arrive and happy to help whenever you have a question. The free weights area is a little small but I don't ever find this an issue.

::What's not to like?! I like pretty much everything about the Club! Things have improved in leaps and bounds since Sandra Dunne became Group Manager almost a year ago followed by the appointment of David Rice as Full time Club Manager. Two appointments resulting in a transformed Gym in my view and a much better atmosphere. Unlike several of his predecessors, David is always visible and frequently walks the floors, tidying weights or fixing equipment and generally keeping an eye that everything is shipshape. He has a very engaging and inclusive style of management which seems to work well with the Staff. He also takes part in several classes. We are very lucky in the staff we currently have. From the excellent trainers to the friendliness and general helpfulness of all the Reception & Membership Sales Staff and the thoroughness of the Housekeeping Staff (Bruno and Juliana). They are all really good advertisements for the Gym and present it in the best possible light. There are a variety of classes offered throughout the day and something for everyone to enjoy. The Spa area is also a lovely alternative. All in all, a very friendly Club and a much improved experience on previous years. In fact, no comparison!
