  First time going to a personal trainer and I am glad I chose Zest Fitness. After only 4 sessions with Cameron I can already notice a difference, feel more toned, stronger and come out of each session feeling great (if a little sore the next day!). Also- my lower back pain has gotten way better as strengthening my core. Cameron is a brilliant trainer- very professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. The sessions are varied and combine weights, stretches, trx, boxing etc. Tough but fun! Really recommend this place to anyone thinking of PT sessions.

  I've been training with Cam at Zest for over a month. Cam is super encouraging, very approachable and fun too which make the sessions enjoyable. Thanks a mill for all your help and advice so far! :-)

  Excellent personal training. Great attention to detail. Very attentive. Tried loads of personal trainers in the past but Zest is the perfect fit for me. Good banter but Literally crawl out of sessions. Tough and what you want.

  I have been working with Cam for a few weeks now. I came to him being bored with my previous workouts. He has put together a personalized plan that is ultra focused on my needs. Took into account my old injuries. Made my workouts fun again and I’m actually enjoying working out again. The guy is a beast himself too and knows exactly what he is talking about. Couldn’t recommend him more.

  I have been training with Elan since Last October and I've enjoyed every minute of it, truthfully the best decision I've ever made. Elan shows a lot dedication, passion and knowledge towards training at Zest fitness and will always go above and beyond to suit you, your meal planning, lifestyle , goals & achievements. You couldn't meet a sounder trainer. One thing I've learned about Elan is that he has so much knowledge in relation to training and really does his research. He will always show support and boosts your confidence whilst motivating you to do your best. He will tell you about personal bests and what you've achieved within a certain time frame alongside monthly competitions but also the improvements that can be made too which is a part of learning. I would highly recommend Elan as a trainer for anyone at all whether it's wanting a better and more healthier lifestyle, to achieve a certain goal , for weight loss or muscle gain or even someone like me, a college student who wanted a change in myself but never had the confidence or boost to get out and do something about my appearance and fitness until I got in contact with Elan. The packages and plans at Zest fitness are extremely reasonable and affordable for what you get out of it and what you are taught and receive with meal plans, progress records etc. Overall, Here I am 3 months later and I've never felt happier and better in myself with the progress I can see already and much more to come I hope, this all came down to the learning, teaching and experience of being a client of Elan's and for that he deserves a lot of credit.
