  Good place for a chat with a friend. It is always really quiet, which is a shame because the bar has a lot of potential: it has great views of the seafront, live music every week and the staff is nice and quick.

  Friendly place. Plenty of locals. Does food as well as drinks. Occasionally does live music and comedy.

  OK for a quick pint if you're waiting for a train or bus. Poor food and not a great selection of drinks. Not cozy or welcoming. Live music on the weekends but don't show many sporting events. Toilets are in need of refurbishment. They have the best beer garden on the seafront but don't utilize it. Has potential to be a great pub but it needs to be revamped.

  My black coffee (even without sugar) was tasty. the staff members displayed good professionalism, and the scenery (view on the beach) was pretty.

  Enjoyed a lovely meal here. Food was excellent & good value! Service was efficient & friendly. My friend and I enjoyed the sea view at our table! I am happy to recommend here for food & wine, or coffee & chat......
