  Alex looked after finding tenants for our house, and looked after the house and the tenants for 2 years for us. He did this very professionally, and cheerfully and we were able to enjoy our time abroad with confidence that our house would be ok. When we came back everything was as it should be.   Alex at Houselet has managed and let the flats in our building on Gardiner St for about 5 years. I found him from a recomendation on a forum -- I looked at 4 agencies before deciding on Houselet. I am very glad we did. I live in the UK, so it is essential that I have an agency I can rely on. Alex has taken on pretty much everything and is always a pleasure to deal with. Houselet have provided clear updates on income and expenses, and have dealt with tenants very professionally. Definitley worth serious consideration if you are looking for a managing agent.
