  I recently dealt with Lorraine Mulligan and her team at REMAX Celbridge on behalf of my father to sell his house so that he could emigrate overseas. For my father the thoughts of the organisation and effort of selling his home were at first extremely intimidating, but Lorraine personally came to our home and was not only professional but very understanding of how daunting this was for my Dad. Straight away I knew, and Lorraine also made it very clear to me, that she didn't just care about our custom but that she genuinely cared about helping my Dad get to where he wanted and also getting the price he hoped for from the house. I should clarify, our house was in pretty bad shape but at no point did we ever feel that the sale of our house was less important than the other (more profitable) properties that REMAX advertised. Every step of the way we got sound, experienced advice from Lorraine and her team. After every viewing we got a briefing on potential buyers - whether they were genuine or not- and REMAX was fantastic in identifying the cohort of potential buyers who would be interested in buying the house. In the end Lorraine and her team not only eased my fathers apprehensions but got him a selling price significantly over asking, giving him security to enjoy his retirement. I would recommend Lorraine and her team without any hesitation to anybody looking to get the best out of their property with the most professional, friendly and caring service out there. All too often these days you have to worry about service providers and whether they will deliver. Lorraine and REMAX were literally slaying dragons for my Dad.
