::This is a review of the rental properties at Hyde Park. Hyde Park contains a B&B and 4 rental properties (all without BER ratings). Two of the houses have single glazed windows and no insulation in the walls so the heating bills are very high. The rent varies between 850 and 1000 Euros per month and for that you get condensation, damp, mould, no right to use the courtyard for parking, no lighting around the residences and Mrs Farrell's three dogs roam around Hyde Park defecating everywhere they want to. The septic tank sewage system is simply a 100 year old concrete box in the ground that takes waste from three houses. This box in the ground overflows and the foul smell is obvious and a health hazard. The owner, Mrs Farrell does not supply VAT receipts as she prefers to be paid rent and utilities in cash. Electricity bills are not independent. Tenants do not receive leases. Tenants do not stay very long here and when they do eventually leave, in some cases, they have to beg for their deposit back. Mrs Farrell does not deserve 1 star. I would not recommend that you rent a house from this woman.
