  Visited this clinic recently, the reception was brusque over the phone and face to face. Did not have a particularly good first impression. Made a simple request for a print out of a form and was rejected. Didn't think it was a big ask since I was paying €60 for consultation and other GPs I've seen had happily obliged. When it came to meeting the gp, there was a medical student already in the room presumably for practical training purposes. I was asked if the student can stay, to which I agreed because it felt impolite to say no in front of the student. I think it would have been better to ask for consent before the student entered the room so that it would not be awkward for the patient (it's tricky to make a decision when one is already in a weakened state of mind from being sick). The GP seemed competent enough but was equally abrupt and the whole visit overall felt very transactional. Unless I'm in a medical emergency, I would be quite reluctant to make a visit here again.

  The staffs in the front desk are very rude, they don't know the basics of customer service. Acting busy when someone stands right in front of them! Atleast say, I will be with you in a minute!
