::Terrible Customer experience!!! On the 22nd December I bought a pair of shoes which was on sale. I ask the guy that was looking after us (he wasn't bad but very average) if full refund was accepted if I needed to be changed and the answer was YES. At the tills I asked again the same question and the answer was again YES. I went home, tried the shoes and they were a bit small, so on the 26th I return to the shop and saw the sign saying no refunds accepted on that day. Ok. I asked the same member of staff about a bigger size, who check the stock and came back to me saying that they would not have the size I needed and he couldn't guarantee the size. I asked to reserve and again he said that it wasn't possible. I came back to the shop today (3rd time) and the same guy at the tills that confirmed on the 22nd that full refund would be accepted couldn't give the full refund because the shoes was bought on sale. The shop's manager was beside the guy at the tills folding clothes and ignored us until the other one couldn't handle the situation and he advised to contact the customer service. I did call the customer service and again same information was confirmed. I bought loads of presents and due to the limited stock they had, I did ask about full refund and it was confirmed to me categorically. IF the shop doesn't have the sizes and cannot guarantee the stock of those, they SHOULD provide a full refund regardless, specially when it was confirmed several times from members of the staff!!!! Never again!!!!

::My husband and I were in your shop on Sunday we were waiting to be seen one of the staff were with a man he was getting some runners that was ok the staff member did not come back to us we were waiting for 20 minutes it is not good enough and was not the first time this has happened we will not be back in the shop
