  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jilian from McGuirke Beggan estate agents. It was very refreshing to deal with an estate agent who was so organised. From the first phone call she gave us all of the relevant information so that we were properly prepared for the property we were to see, and so we already understood all of its flaws and so weren't viewing a property that we wouldn't be prepared to handle. It means that they're not wasting your time showing you an unsuitable house with hidden problems. I really appreciated that right from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone selling a house because they seem to offer a very personal service and genuinely care about their seller and their buyer – not just one or the other. Thank you again Jilian!
