::My boyfriend got me a big handbag for Christmas in brown thomas and I had to bring it back twice cause had marks on them. They exchanged it no problem both times but the effort in having to come back twice? A week ago I went to the Michael Kors in Drundrum to buy a new handbag,this time a small one. Got home with it when I realised it had 3 different marks. Went back to the shop and explained my problem. They, very nicely, tried to exchange it but the 2 new ones they showed me had huge marks on them too. I ended up asking for a refund. I love Michael Kors so does my mum, but after all I realise they are really bad quality for the price you pay and will never buy them again.

::Always very helpful. Exchanged a smart watch due to faulty battery and was able to pick a totally different watch. Was given a flat purse for the inconvenience worth €110. Extremely happy and wasn't expecting it at all
