  I'm sorry to say that the shirt I bought from Mint Velvet is overpriced for the poor quality I got,I honestly want to throw it away after just one wear!!!It seriously creased while worn and looks slovenly.Not mentioning the shirt being uncomfortable. Unfortunately I can't give it back as I lost my original receipt but maybe the company should look into improving clothing they sell. I surely will never buy anything form Mint Velvet again as it's a waist of money.

  Along with Massimo Dutte Mint Velvet are (in my humble opinion) among the very best of high end affordable fashion for women and my favorite stores, ones I buy in on a too regular basis. So I say with great disappointment that my visit to Mint Velvet on Sunday 12 March was to say the least very unsatisfactory. I was met by a sales assistant who did not smile on my arrival at the desk, did not say hello how may I help you today, she just saw I was carrying a Mint Velvet bag and knew it was a return. From then on it was just all robotic, repeating the same thing over and over again that she couldn't do this that or the other etc. I appreciate that that a sales assistant can only go so far with returns or complaints and that generally a manager would need to be introduced to possibly iron out the problem.... not in this case it was just repeat the procedure three or four times. I know there is a time period for returns "it's on the receipt" etc etc but for being such a good customer I hoped they would offer me something. I suggest Mint Velvet take a leaf out of BT2's customer service book, walk into BT2's and experience the level of customer service offered to each and every customer, I stood and watched and it really is 5 star service. I for one will not be spending my hard earned money in Dundrum' s Mint Velvet.
