Fantastic company offering a fantastic service. Dealt with Mark who walked me through every step of the process in great detail. My experience was thoroughly professional with no fuss and excellent customer service. Mark found me the exact model I was looking for complete with full spec list in a very short space of time. He then went above and beyond during the shipping process to keep me updated including sending me photos, texts and emails throughout the entire process. The entire process took two weeks end to end and I couldn't be happier with the car they sourced for me. Anyone who is thinking about buying a car should speak to these guys first as the savings are significant. Good customer service is a rarity these days but Mark has it down to a tee. I was so impressed by Motorbroker I have already used them to source a second car for my girlfriend! Thank you Mark and team

I would highly recommend using motor broker. I have been searching for a family car for the last number of months and dealt with many dealers. However, the team in motor broker were able to recommend a car which met my requirements and saved a fortune!

Dave Brown and his team at Motor Broker were incredibly helpful providing an excellent and professional customer service, making the buying experience hassle free. Dave was very accommodating finding the exact car I wanted with no hidden fees and no pressure, keeping me updated throughout the process. The car was thoroughly checked out before I bought it with excellent after sales service. I would highly recommend Motor Broker to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My experience was not good at all, although it started out reasonably positively. First car I was offered I didn't like but was told by Dave Browne i only had an option on that car until the next day. (That old chestnut...) I turned the car down and emailed him with a list of makes, models, spec and max mileage I was interested in. ( Not sure why this wasn't asked for in the first place.) A few days later he sent me 3 cars. One was too low spec and silver which I had ruled out in my list of requirements. One had 80k miles on the clock when I'd said max 50k. And the last was his wife's car and not a make or model I was considering at all. Again I was told I only had until the next day to decide. (I laughed at that ... I'm passing the same cars on forecourts for months and months ... People don't make snap decisions when €20k is at stake...) Well none of those cars were what I was looking for so I hadn't got around to replying before the next day when I got an email from Dave Browne saying "sorry we couldn't get you the car you wanted, good luck with your car search." So that was that. 4 unsuitable cars and goodbye. I replied to his email asking why he was giving up after only 4 cars but he didn't bother with the courtesy of a reply. In case anyone thinks I was looking for something that was not available in my budget - this was not the case. I looked at hundreds and hundreds of cars on autotrader.co.uk and knew exactly what was available at what retail price. I have since found a UK import volvo in a garage in Dublin with the exact spec I wanted at €3,200 less than was being quoted to me by motorbrokers for an inferior model. Perhaps they're not motivated unless there's a very high budget and an easy ask - maybe a very common model and a very flexible buyer with lots of dosh. There's only one thing more off-putting than a pushy car salesman - and that's one not willing to do anything at all unless an easy fee falls into his lap...
