  Quite rude on the phone when I asked the Volvo Service Department a Question, maybe they were very busy at the time but they could have put it slightly better, - Baily, Howth, - UPDATE, - The problem with Spirit was two fold, 1. having been a loyal Volvo supporter with our cars being fully Main Dealer serviced, the Garage we dealt with closed down and the business was "taken over" or "transferred" to Spirit Motors, despite the fact that we were still dealing with the same Service Staff, it was explained to us, that it was not their policy to service cars older than 8 years old and if I wanted my Clutch replaced, I must go elsewhere, and 2. My wife and I were looking to purchase a good clean 10 year old Volvo Estate, (Main dealers like Spirit normally don't hold or sell stock over 5 years old), but an independent dealer we knew was purchasing cars traded into main dealers, on two occasions when we were out inspecting cars with "Spirit Motor service records" we needed to clarify service details with Spirit, on the first two occasions they were very friendly and helpful but on the third time they turned unfriendly and hostile, ......"under Data protection Laws, "Spirit" will not discuss Customer's service records, even if these Cars are advertised for sale by independent Motor Dealers, (all I asked was to clarify if they had changed the timing belt and at what mileage), to obtain this information I must prove ownership of the car in question," - none of the other main dealers displayed this stance!, -

  Staff very helpful and patient because it takes time to decide on a purchase . Great showroom.

  MichAel Lally there is nice genuine Sales Person. Fine display Top Exec Cars. Lady at “ Showroon Desk” very Welcoming.
