  The 3 proposed daily menus were not available anymore therefore we had to take something from the card. It was the Worst burger we ever ate! The meat was Compressed meat, not tasting like fresh, the meat was also too much cooked and feeling like plastic. The salad was also not looking very fresh and the onions were half cooked. Price is high compared to the quality. I will not come back..

  Well known stopping off point for travellers in the West. Great food and Old World charm. Interesting visitors over the years. The hub of the Historic Clarinbridge Oyster Festival.

  Had the worst chowder on my life here the other day. It tasted like 3 parts cream and 1 part leftover starchy water from boiling potatoes. The colour was bright white like flour and had a paste-like consistency. Tasted of nothing, could discern no seasoning whatsoever. Also contained little if any seafood just a few pieces of spuds.

  Comfortable and relaxed spot to eat. Really friendly folk working there and the food is delicious, especially the beef burger. Good prices for such tasty food too. Well worth stopping off there if in the area.
