  Classy Beautiful Historical Hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Galway and it was quite the unique experience. It felt like we were staying in a palace from the early 1900's. My husband and I felt like royalty. The staff and service were absolutely wonderful! They are some of the most polite, classy and kind people I have ever met! Especially the restaurant and bar staff, they went above and beyond in every way. Caroline, Brigitte, and Kitty were extremely polite and provided outstanding service during our daily breakfast. The gentlemen who served behind the bar were awesome! Lovely hotel and the most wonderful experience!

  We did not stay at this hotel so I can't review it BUT we did have dinner in the restaurant and I can review that. I started with a bowl of Seafood Chowder. Now I had a bowl of Seafood Chowder every day of the 7 days that I have been in the country. Of all of those bowls of Seafood Chowder I had, the one I had at this restaurant was the best of all. This is amazing to me because every bowl I had was very good to excellent. The bowl I had with this meal was outstanding! After the Seafood Chowder, the rack of lamb with mashed potatoes and vegetables I had ordered arrived. My mouth watering experience was about to continue. During the week I spent in Ireland, this was by far, the BEST dinner that I had. Everything was delicious! The lamb was, for me, cooked to perfection. In addition to the meal being outstanding, our server was very personable, and very helpful to those in our group who had questions. The service was terrific and all of the employees were a pleasure with which to deal. I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the employees friendly and welcoming with a menu that's extensive. There is something for everyone. If you are in the area and looking for an excellent dinner experience, stop in and give the Park House Restaurant a try. I think you will be glad you did..

  Great place for Sunday lunch. Great menu with massive choice. Very friendly staff. You won't regret the visit

  Staff is wonderful but hotel is showing it's age. Whatever that thing on the wall they call a hairdryer is from 1975. If they updated this place it would be amazing.

  WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. This hotel is beautiful. I feel so fortunate to have stayed here for two nights in our trip through Ireland. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfy, the mini bar was stocked, the service was excellent, the breakfast was huge and tasty. You simply cannot go wrong choosing this place to stay.
