::Decent rooms in a great, central location. Marie at reception was incredibly helpful as we encountered a plumbing issue. Rooms were a bit small and nothing exceptional but in all a very good stay.

::My wife and I did not have an enjoyable experience at this hotel. The beds are rock hard and the rooms are tiny. Wednesday nights are âcollege nightâ at the night club located behind Skeffington Arms and the music is really loud. The fire alarms also went off around midnight and continued to go off throughout the night. Most reviews were good so I thought it was a decent hotel but I would not recommend staying here. If you can afford a more expensive hotel I would suggest spending the extra money because this was by far the worst place we stayed at during our trip to Ireland.

::The service was outstanding!! We checked our bags since we arrived earlier than expected. After touring the city, we came back to check in and the staff already moved our bags to our room and had everything ready to go. We had an issue with the rooms A/C and they moved us to an upgraded room for our troubles for free. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. There is a very nice bar / restaurant on the first floor, so it's a nice location for a night cap after touring the cliffs.
