::I attended some postural classes with Deborah and in the space of 1-2 months my posture improved dramatically. Looking back now I am very surprised about how bad my posture was and how good it is now. I would recommend Physiofit Woman services to anybody who wants to improve their posture or has any sort of problem that requires physiotherapy services
