  For many years now I have suffered with chronic lower back pain keeping it under control with pain killers, yoga , pilates and regular physio treatments. I was recommended to go for dry needling treatment at the Sandycove Clinic, I researched a little, went along thinking that it was going to be another alternative treatment that I could tick off my list! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and put at ease immediately by the very pleasant receptionist. The needling was extremely painful and I was a little sore after for about a day, but the results were almost immediate. I could not believe that any treatment could have had such a rapid effect, it has now been four days since my treatment , my range of motion has increased immensely and I'm absolutely pain free. I highly recommend the dry needling as it has made a huge difference to my life and I would also recommend the Sandycove Clinic.
