::I started training in SMART 4 weeks ago and in the beginning, I must admit, I wasn’t sure. Any exercise I had done was all cardio and I had rarely just used weights on their own. I started my first session and from then, I was hooked! Ken and John are fantastic trainers and really care about your progress. They take an interest in your fitness goals and are working through the journey with you. The best thing about SMART training for me was that when you do an exercise, you know exactly how to do it, why you are doing it and where you should feel it working! That is very rare to find! The varied exercises and fun, tough sessions that Ken and John provide are fantastic and even though you know it’s going to be hard and tough training with them, at the same time, you really look forward to it! My results speak for themselves- losing nearly 5kg in 8 sessions- thank you and I couldn’t recommend SMART training enough!

::This is a fantastic gym for all kinds of people whether it's your first time at the gym or you're a seasoned expert. The team at SMART Training are kind, enthusiastic and funny and make you feel like a legend for having just stepped inside the door. The gym offers a range of group training and personal coaching options which suit a wide range of different people with different budgets. They have a pretty small team which is lovely because you get to know your trainers and build up a relationship with them. They have a realistic and down to earth attitude to getting fit and building strength which suited me. Not only did I lose body fat and get stronger while working out here but I felt that the coaching sessions helped me figure out why I was putting in all the effort and helped me to stay committed to the process long term. I travel a lot and the team were particularly great at working with my crazy schedule and helping me to figure out what worked for me. Thanks guys! :)

::I joined SMART Training when I was in my 50s. I wanted to get back playing hockey after nearly a 10 year break! I had lost muscle mass, I was weak and as a result was easily injured. Last weekend, I played 160 mins of matches, injury free, and my recovery allowed me to be back in the gym for a tough workout! This is down to Ken & John working with me and what I want to achieve, working around my injuries, challenging me, encouraging me and still have some fun!! Thank you for getting me to where I am. ::A brilliant place to train - the guys are so helpful and encouraging and before you know it you are managing to do things you wouldn't have been able for a few months earlier. Between training and nutrition advice it's a real win as it helps you completely overhauls your lifestyle. You can train around your schedule as well which really helps.
