::My daughter needed to change her brake pads to get ready for her early morning Saturday race. I had promised to do it but found out on late Friday afternoon that I couldn't do it. I asked in two shops whether they could do it - none could (including the one where she had bought the bike), because it was nearly closing time. The exceptionally friendly and helpful guys in the Bike Institute did it with a smile and didn't even charge for it. Really excellent service and extremely helpful!
