  One of the best things the UCC Student Union have campaigned for in recent years is when they called for the Old Bar to be kept, when under threat of closure. A great spot on main campus which is often overlooked. Standard bar with different seating boots and tables around the bar. There is also a room that has a pool table, TV and dart's board. There is a stage in the bar as well which has been used for different events like musical acts, karaoke, quizzes and other such events. Bar staff are always pleasant while working.
