::Beautiful place, amazing breakfast, really friendly owners. If you need a place to stay in that area, go to the old coach house!

::Barbara is truly the cream of the crop among b&b hostesses! We had a fabulous experience staying at the Old Coach House in Avoca, even though it was far too short! I stayed with two of my sisters in a family room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Barbara welcomed us warmly and kindly. Because we had a morning flight to make in Dublin, we were sadly unable to join the other guests in the breakfast table, but Barbara generously packed us sandwiches for the road! We were so pleased with our stay here and only wish it could've been longer. We didn't see much of the area because we arrived and left while it was dark, but I have no doubt it would be a beautiful area to stay for longer than we did!

::This is a really nice place. Themed to match the name. Big open fireplace and leather couches / chairs. Dining room with old fashioned tables and chairs. Top this off with a great menu. Bedrooms with en suite tea and coffee making facilities and lovely wooden floors . Definitely a good place to stay.
