  Great place to come, whether it's for the food or the drinks. Lovely atmosphere around matches and a very welcoming place whether you're alone or with friends. The food is amazing, the hardest part is choosing from the huge menu. The bar staff are genuinely friendly and have a laugh with the patrons which always helps!

  It's always full, there is no parking and they don't do reservations I will probably never go eat there again. It's not worth waiting in queue 30-60min even at the weekday evening just to get a table. Then it takes just forever for the food to be delivered to the table. We tried multiple times and by the time we would get a table we were already at a different restaurant which had much more respect for their clients. Food is great but It's not worth our wasted waiting time.

  My husband and I enjoyed our very delicious traditional meal. Vegetarian option is available. We had a waiting time of about 20mins, but is reasonable as we visited their on a Christmas eve. There were large group of people, from different age groups. It is fun to be there with entertainments available, may it be music or sports.

  I've seldom been let down by a restaurant as much as with the old schoolhouse yesterday. We've planned to celebrate my wife's birthday there and made an online reservation on Friday evening. 1,5 hours before our reservation on Saturday we get a call that the restaurant is actually fully booked. I state that I made a reservation the day before and have had a confirmation. Furthermore I stressed that this booking is for a special occasion and we have a babysitter arranged already. The woman on the phone said she'd call back after speaking to her manager. I got no call back. And after calling 3 times to the restaurant, being hung up every single time, we decided this restaurant is not for us anymore. I'm deeply disappointed in the way this situation is handled.

  Popped here for lunch after some shopping in Pavilions. There are currently some works going on outside, so you might get a bit lost trying to get in... But persevere! There is a lovely outside bit with some TVs to watch sports. Inside is very cosy, a number of tables - booths, high tables and lower normal tables. A number of old booze advertising and memorabilia. I had a steak and Guinness pie with mash, it was very tasty and a massive portion! All the food looked pretty good from what I saw. Didn't drink alcohol though (hungover from 2 long days of drinking!) so don't know what the alcohol options were. Sports seem to be very important, they had a premiership game on on a large projector and many of the TVs. I'm a sports fan so happy with that, but I was still able to have a conversation with my friend without having to shout. Would come back here for sure if I'm back out in Dublin.
