  Handy to job, when working at the Capital Dock site. It was 10 min walk. Cheap and cheerful B&B.

  Its an ok pub. If you want to go for just a drink. There is always loads of young people in it. Its a local pub. The staff are really really bad. Its the people that go. Make it a good pub.

  Great place to stay. Lovely staff. Perfect if you are going to a concert in the 3 arena as it's less than a 5 min walk

  Perfect for what ya need. Comfy bed, clean bathroom + just 10 min walk from the three arena.

  Was delighted with this place, very helpful staff, 5 min walk to the 3arena ,where the luas took us from city centre also we only cross the road to get the no: 1 bus into city centre .church also across the road ,we went to the yacht pub next door ,brilliant music. Have to say if we have a concert again in the arena ,we will book the shipwright guesthouse no problem at all.
