  Always really delicious food for lunch or dinner. Lots of live music on offer in the evenings. Decor could be updated but has a cosy pub feel to it

  Food tasted better than it looked. Very personable (??) service conducted leaning over room dividers...hmmm. next table got water with lemons, we had to request. Some chairs positioned very dangerously close to jutting out mantelpiece

  This is a nice pub. Nice service, friendly, good choice of food and booze. Food is well presented, plenty of it and decent. The nachos starter I had was awesome and big too. Two steaks ordered, one medium and one medium rare. Very tasty and big portions of chips but sorry the medium was pretty much well done and the medium rare medium. Waiter was very attentive. This is a good boozer with good food. Well done.
