  Called to enquire about using their surgery as my main GP but staff were too rushed to listen and interrupted me and abruptly transferred my call to my current GP.

  Reception staff are extremely rude, way too many patients on their books. Never have appointments available, being unwell needs to be planned at least two weeks in advance to see a doctor. If your appointment is at 9am expect to wait until 10:30 / 11am. It's absolutely impossible to take time away from work during the day to go here for an appointment you will be left waiting for hours. Staff are completely incompetent.

  Dr. Andrew Rynne mispronouned me hes getting sued along with the clinic do not come here
