::Reception staff are extremely rude, way too many patients on their books. Never have appointments available, being unwell needs to be planned at least two weeks in advance to see a doctor. If your appointment is at 9am expect to wait until 10:30 / 11am. It's absolutely impossible to take time away from work during the day to go here for an appointment you will be left waiting for hours. Staff are completely incompetent.
